KY's Olde Towne Bicycle Shop: Discover a Charming Dining Experience in Slidell

The food here was amazing and the service was outstanding. The food tasted so fresh.

My husband and I were driving threw Slidell and both hungry craving a good burger. I scrolled threw lots of restaurants reviews an photos before I made my final choice at Ky's. So happy I did! The location is old town and is so charming. The establishment itself felt like somewhere my grandpa used to take me as a kid.. the waitresses were very friendly and aimed to please. The food was out in a timely Manor& the Burger and Fries was so so good! They have a good selection on the menu and prices& portions are great! Will definitely be back when we are in town or passing through. Loved the esthetic with the bikes, colorful tile floor and wood ceilings and beautiful wooden bar setup and all the plants as well! Go see for yourself! You won't be disappointed. P.S. Do yourself a favor and Order the Bread Pudding and Whiskey Sauce for Desert So Amazing!

Wonderful restaurant/bar in the quaint town of Slidell, LA where you can get delicious food and adult beverages, if you wish. Limited hours but great for families also. The atmosphere is unique with hanging bicycles (true to it's name). The owners are very pleasant and don't mind sharing the history of the bar, confessional and other unique characteristics of the restaurant and bar. You won't be disappointed with the food and service and of course, the prices are reasonable.

Have been wanting to try this place ever since I moved to Slidell a few years ago. Recently I passed and saw a “Steak Night Thursday” banner up and thought, this is my chance! Who doesn’t like a good steak? I had not realized that KY was Kevin Young of Young’s Steakhouse. My bad. He introduced himself as “the good looking brother” and won my heart immediately with his warmth and good nature. But then came the STEAK and Oh. My. Lord. The photos cannot do it Justice. A 14 Oz trimmed, perfectly cooked rib eye with fully loaded baked potato and salad. $35. And the BEST steak I’ve had since I don’t know when. Highly recommend this Slidell institution for its rich history, fabulous location in OldeTowne, charming owner and on-point food, cooked to perfection.

My husband and I ate here for lunch on Tuesday. We had the homemade chicken salad which was one of the specials for that day. Prices are very reasonable as well. It was delicious and I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back for Dinner.

Like most places in the area, this restaurant delivered gourmet food and a delightful atmosphere. The sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had. Oh! And the bread pudding was divine.

Extremely fun and great food. From hat shop to cycle shop - now a community and visitors favorite place to grab a cup of coffee, have a cocktail, lunch or dinner! Linda was amazing warm and welcoming!
